I find it odd that this evening on the Ghost Hunters’ episode, there was not one ad/commercial for the Live Halloween show at Essex County – so, that begs the question – are they truly having a live investigation or not?
Hi Just Jill: I think they didn’t settle the question of WHO was doing the investigation in time for the eipisode to even make a commercial. Very strange isn’t it.
Hi Lightspirit13 – yes, it is very strange. I get the feeling that it will be the GH Academy investigators doing the actual investigation with a few pretaped questions/answers/commentary from Grant/Jason – I could be wrong, though. I get the feeling that with the start of the GH Academy and with Jason/Grant now owning/operating the Spaulding Inn, that this might be the first phase of the regular GH program phasing out of a regular show and maybe Jason/Grant would do periodic appearances on the Academy show instead. It just seems that maybe they have too many irons in the fire. I would hate to see Ghost Hunters end, because I don’t feel the Academy show could take its place.

Not surprised at some of the reactions on our forum. Originally in May, they were thinking of inviting Meatloaf but all of a sudden, that changed. We are speculating that it might due to the YouTube videos on the moved water bottle. Thanks for posting your opinion.
So, Jason and Grant are not going to be on the Live event at all – that stinks. Gosh, it’s a 7-hour event – how long are they planning on trick-or-treating with their kids exactly – the entire 7 hours? Oh well, I guess a live investigation with the GH Academy is better than nothing, right?
they blew it this year they should of not planned it as a live event
it was a rerun event I think they blew it this year I hope with all the
negative fan response next year they will take a differnt approach
