Klinge Brothers Update

Everyday Paranormal is the official investigative team formed in 2007 by the Klinge Brothers–stars of the television show “Ghost Lab” on the Discovery Channel and authors of the book “Chasing Ghosts Texas Style”.

Besides filming the show, lecturing across the country, and conducting private paranormal investigations, the Klinge Brothers have revamped their team in order to embark on a documentary film project unlike any other seen.

The talents of the team will further attempt to quantify the existence of the paranormal through conventional science, and in the process, help verify or disprove history.

The team consists of Brad and Barry Klinge, Steve Harris (original team member and seen on “Ghost Lab”), Johnny Houser (film maker and musician known for running the Villisca Axe Murder House in Iowa), and Kathy Cash (sensitive/intuitve and daughter of the legendary Johnny Cash).

Steve Hock decided to go into full retirement after Ghost Lab stopped filming and resigned from the group.

Katie Burr moved to New York City and is doing quite well going to art school and being a entrepreneur.

Hector Cisneros from season one had career obligations, so he subsequently left the team.

Errr… Doing conventional science means you have to be a scientist. These were the silliest ghost hunting guys on TV – what they did was far removed from scientific.

Verify or disprove history? What history? This makes no sense.

    love you guys

I enjoyed viewing Ghost Lab until Brad Klinge became unbearable to watch and listen to. They have an interesting process investigating the paranormal and I watched as long as I muted when Brad started screaming and throwing tantrums during investigations. He acts like a bully, yells and screams, has zero patience for anybody and anything in his path. His brother Barry and the rest of the team were enjoyable to watch but eventually I just could not stomach Brad and his juvenile behaviour during every investigation. He became more and more irritating and aggravating as the series went on. Maybe they would have better results if he acted more like an adult with his emotions under control. His kind of behavior aggravates the ghosts away just like he did to me.

I’ll give these guy another look. Seemed towards the ending episodes of Ghost lab season 1 the brother that yells and threatens the sprirts calmed down some. The documentary film sounds interesting.

Please to hear they added some new members like Johnny’s daughter and her abilities.

Johnny Houser is an interesting addition too!

I look forward to seeing how this new team gathers evidence.

Hopefully all the Ye-Haw, high five slapping stuff is done off camera and we have a serious ghost hunting film.

  9. Dangerfield...Still no respect says:

I’m thoroughly disgusted with the lack of respect and reverence for the dead shown by Brad Klinge. Perhaps it is the way he unconsciously hides his fear or he mistakenly believes by behaving in this manner he will find a wider viewer acceptance. Unfortunately he has a poor way of communicating with anyone alive or dead. I’ve tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but have yet to understand any reason that he can justify his behavior.

I have spent the last 35 years of my life working around the dead, and have had many special sacred experiences in the course of my duties as a funeral director. I can tell you unequivocally that there is communication that takes place between the living and the dead, as can people of all walks of life who have had a beloved family member or even a pet pass away. You need not be trained or have an assortment of electronic gadgetry to have confirmation of these things.

It is difficult to imagine Brad speaking to my grandmother or other deceased loved one in the manner that I have heard him carry on while filming Ghost Lab. Brads experiences have either been shallow or he has failed to recognize that the same sweet people our parents, grandparents or children were while living are the same spirits that are left to communicate with us after they have passed away and as such deserve our respect and dignity.

Wow, big top secret paranormal project??? I have relatives not far from this area, I do know The Immaculate Conception Church in Panna Maria, Texas anywhere, have gone through there several times. So they are investigating Panna Maria town here or somewhere around that area for sure as to this documentary. I have know other teams to already have gone through these areas as well, so nothing new at all here. Sounds like a borrowed paranormal idea that someone else has already used. I did do Google Maps on this town and sure enough, matched up the street on their video here to the approaching into this town……..sorry, no top secret here, the location and area is known very obviously. Do Google Maps on the location I noted here and you will see. The cat is out of the bag. I quit watching Ghost Lab after the 1st season because I heard things and saw things…..that they were conceited and greedy. It was easy to see that this is why their show was cancelled after 2 seasons……very sad that people have to be like that in the paranormal world. Go Ghost Adventures!!!!

  12. Jen Hawkins says:

On their video up above again, just do Google Maps on Panna Maria, Texas area

  13. Jen Hawkins says:

It actually is Helena, Texas where they are doing their filming project……just heard from a relative.

  14. Jen Hawkins says:

At Theresa. There were reasons that I saw that Ghost Lab was cancelled…..it was because of the people and attitudes in it…..am sure that Discovery Channel was eventually totally embarrassed to have put these guys into a show in the first place on their great network. I certainly grew to totally dislike these guys and that show just like you. After awhile, Ghost Lab and both Brad and Barry Klinge became too much to stomach.
