Klinge Brothers Update

January 23rd, 2012

Everyday Paranormal is the official investigative team formed in 2007 by the Klinge Brothers–stars of the television show “Ghost Lab” on the Discovery Channel and authors of the book “Chasing Ghosts Texas Style.”

Besides lecturing across the country, and conducting private paranormal investigations, the Klinge Brothers have revamped their team in order to embark on a documentary film project unlike any other seen.

The talents of the team will further attempt to quantify the existence of the paranormal through conventional science, and in the process, help verify or disprove history.

The team consists of Brad and Barry Klinge, Steve Harris (original team member and seen on “Ghost Lab”), Johnny Houser (film maker and musician known for running the Villisca Axe Murder House in Iowa), and Kathy Cash (sensitive/intuitve and daughter of the legendary Johnny Cash).

Steve Hock decided to go into full retirement after Ghost Lab stopped filming and resigned from the group.

Katie Burr moved to New York City and is doing quite well going to art school and being a entrepreneur.

Hector Cisneros from season one had career obligations, so he subsequently left the team.

FINDING BIGFOOT Finds Big Audience in Season Two Debut

January 5th, 2012

Premiere Episode is Series’ Most-Watched and Network’s
Second-Best Debut Ever

Animal Planet

The season premiere of Animal Planet’s FINDING BIGFOOT on Sunday night – where some members of the Bigfoot Field Research Organization investigated evidence of a “baby” Bigfoot right outside of New York City – unearthed 1.6 million viewers and ranks as the series’ most-watched episode ever, only trailing hit series RIVER MONSTERS.

The debut exceeded the first season of FINDING BIGFOOT’s performance by double-digits across all key demos.

Animal Planet’s FINDING BIGFOOT returned for a brand-new season last Sunday for further expeditions to investigate reports of the mysterious Bigfoot. From small towns in the South to remote areas of the mountain West and dense forest of the Northeast and into Canada, four passionate, driven researchers and adventurers embark on one single-minded mission – to find this beast.

BFRO members Matt Moneymaker and James “Bobo” Fay, professional educator Cliff Barackman and skeptical biologist Ranae Holland engage in the ultimate quest in search of proof that Bigfoot really does exist – and that he or she is alive and abundant in North America.

By examining photos and videos of the creature, speaking to local witnesses, using new technology and luring the mysterious beast with the team’s squatch calls, the group uncovers startling proof of the legendary and highly intelligent enigma that has eluded capture for centuries and fascinated man for just as long.

We are Here to Help:

My name is Eric Pensyl.  Along with Ed Vargas,  I founded Dusk-Till-Dawn Paranormal Investigators.  We are lucky enough to have Ghost Tv Blogs’ own Karen Lambert as a team member.

We completed investigations for Historical Societies in New Jersey.  We also investigated at the William Ellis House, and Eastern State Penitentiary.  Last Fall, we conducted an investigation at East Stroudsburg University, to introduce the students to ghost hunting.

In addition, we have been called in to investigate many private homes, giving the homeowner information on what type of paranromal activity was present and what further steps, if any, needed to be taken.

Our paranormal team is here to help people in need. If you are experiencing a haunting in your home or place of business and live in N.J. PA, or DE, please feel contact us. GhostTvBlogs.com@comcast.net

Our help is always free of charge and is always confidential.

Fall Season Sets Series Record in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49

Syfy’s hit series Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files uncovered more than 1.4 million total viewers for the Fall Season Finale.

This was also the most watched season ever among total viewers and Adults 18-49.

Compared to the spring finale on 4/27/11, the telecast was +20% in Adults 18-49, +15% Adults 25-54 and +24% in total viewers.

In the November 30 episode, “Bar Fright / Mexico City Cave Witch,” Bill, Lanisha and Devin paid a visit to a local watering hole in Humble, Texas where surveillance video of an exploding ashtray purported to validate the bar’s long-rumored history of poltergeist activity. After attempting to explain the video with scientific experiments, they embarked on a night investigation with hair-raising results.

Meanwhile, Ben, Jael and Austin got their passports stamped in Calacoaya, Mexico, where they investigated a chilling piece of footage of an alleged flying witch, known in popular Latin lore as La Bruja Lechuza.

Featuring former FBI agent Ben Hansen, lead scientist Bill Murphy, journalist Jael de Pardo, tech specialist Devin Marble, stunt expert Austin Porter and photographer Lanisha Cole, Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files uncovers the truth behind supernatural and unexplained occurrences that have been caught on camera. In each episode, the team searches for the most intriguing images, videos and unnatural phenomenon found online and around the world.

After selecting the most compelling cases, they head into the field, attempting to recreate the video, carrying out key experiments and questioning eyewitnesses. The team investigates all the clues and evidence with the most advanced techniques and tools at their disposal, and their objective is to answer the question, “Is this real?”

Ghost Hunters continued its strong season with 1.67 million total viewers on the same night.

Finding Bigfoot Returns for a Second Season

December 1st, 2011

The first of 10 all-new episodes rolls out Sunday, January 1 at 10:00/9:00c.

Animal Planet

For centuries, eyewitness accounts and colorful stories have fueled rumor that large, furry, human-like animals have roamed the forests in North America and other continents. These legendary creatures have come to be known as bigfoot or sasquatch.

The folklore around Bigfoot has many doubters and many true believers, and passionate groups like the Bigfoot Field Research Organization (BFRO) have formed to investigate stories, analyze evidence and strengthen their hypotheses of these elusive beings.

Over the course of 10 hour-long episodes, Animal Planet’s FINDING BIGFOOT returns for a brand-new season on Sunday, January 1, 2012, at 10 PM (ET/PT) for further expeditions to investigate reports of the mysterious bigfoot.

During the series premiere, called “Baby Bigfoot,” the quartet of investigators head to the Catskills in New York near Poughkeepsie to provide in-depth analysis of 15-year-old video footage from 1997 that indicates a juvenile or baby sasquatch could have been in the area at the time.

“Even though this area of the Hudson River Valley is fairly populated and not terribly far from the urban New York City, there is still a lot of forest here,” explains Moneymaker, “and a lot of vegetation to support something like a sasquatch.”

“It is definitely a primate,” adds Bobo. “I think we’re looking at a juvenile sasquatch, which is quite amazing because [seeing] a baby is incredibly rare.”

Splitting up into teams of two and using infrared technology, the intrepid sleuths embark on a night mission that eerily is similar to “The Blair Witch Project,” poking around abandoned cabins and remote orchards to capture a sighting of bigfoot.

They also talk to many locals and conduct deep detailed re-creations of sightings, all culminating with an evening adventure where they employ a baboon (borrowed from the local zoo) to assist with their investigation. But what do they find?

Throughout the new season of FINDING BIGFOOT, the team scours North America to follow up on compelling evidence, new and old, including visiting such popular outdoor destinations as Moose Lake in Minnesota; the Catskills Mountains in New York; Salt Fork State Park in Ohio; and Dunes State Park and Morgan Monroe State Park in Indiana.

They also head to rural regions of Rhode Island, New Mexico, Kentucky, Virginia and Alberta, Canada.
