Wow, I seen this for the first time yesterday. I can’t believe A&E dumped it. I am a fan of this genre, but have found shows such as Ghost Hunters to becoming quite lame. I love the way Paranormal Cops do a more through background on the location. It makes for a most interesting show.

A&E…don’t ruin a good thing.

i think that the paranormal cops showed go to the sci fi channel for 1 full hour all the the time i think the show is good the show just need time to to get bigger thats all i think the show showed go to diffrent states to not just there state but i think if they did that to they would be a good show

ahh bummer no season return…. that’s to bad I thought it was good
paranormal state is 30 min long they run back to back episode’s
I dont think 30 min is enough – maybe one day PC can come back

I pretty much agree with JustJill. It is a great show and the half-hour format is just simply not enough. You’ve got to give it more than 6 episodes, for goodness sake. That’s not enough time to develop a fan base in my opinion.

I loved how they investigated the sites as crime scenes, nothing sensational; just the *evidence*. They did a great job.

I was really bummed to see on Facebook that A&E has chosen not to renew Paranormal Cops. I really enjoyed their investigative style AND the locations they investigated. In my opinion, the half-hour format was perhaps part of the reason for its downfall – it just wasn’t long enough to get a full scope of an investigation at a location. I really wish A&E would give them another shot and make the show hour-long, but that seems impossible at this stage.
